Kids are drowning in screens that don't teach them anything.

The average child spends 4+ hours a day on a screen. Almost none of that time teaches them the one thing that would change everything: how their own mind actually works.

📱
Screens that numb
Endless scroll, reactive gaming, algorithm-fed content. Designed to capture attention, not build it.
🎓
Schools that test
Taught what to learn. Never taught how to learn. Never taught how their brain actually works.
😓
Parents who worry
You know screen time is a problem. You don't know what "good" screen time even looks like.

Seven minutes. Four beats. One gasp moment.

Every BrainLab session follows the same pedagogy — the one that actually makes kids remember: do it first, be surprised, then learn why.

🎯
Try It
Your kid does a real experiment using their phone — the camera, mic, or reflexes. No reading a lecture. Just doing.
😮
Gasp
Their brain does something weird. Fails at something easy. Invents something that isn't there. The moment of "wait what?"
💡
Learn
Short, age-appropriate explanation of exactly what their brain just did. Real neuroscience, no dumbing down.
Level Up
XP earned. Brain Map region lights up. A new part of their mind mapped. Neo the AI guide is ready to answer follow-up questions.

Not quizzes. Not videos. Experiments kids run on themselves.

Every lab uses the phone you already have — the camera, the mic, the motion sensors. Real data about your actual child's actual brain.

Signal City · Visual Cortex
The Illusion
Three simple shapes. A triangle that isn't there. Your kid sees the triangle. You explain that their brain invented it. Optical illusions are the fastest way to prove to a child that their brain is lying to them constantly.
4 min Attention Perception
Feeling Forest · Amygdala
Emotion Mirror
The camera turns on. Your kid sees themselves. They make an angry face, a surprised face, a joyful face — and learn to name what they just felt. Emotion literacy is the #1 predictor of resilience.
📷 camera Emotion Self-regulation
Feeling Forest · Vagus Nerve
Breath Scientist
The mic listens. A glowing orb guides 4-in, 4-out breathing. Your child's breaths get counted — and they watch their rate drop in real time. They're learning to switch off their own panic response. This is a life skill.
🎤 microphone Stress Self-regulation
Motion Mountain · Cerebellum
Balance Master
Stand on one foot. Hold the phone. Every tiny sway is measured by the motion sensor. Your kid sees exactly how still they really are — and trains the part of the brain dancers and athletes train for years.
📱 motion sensor Balance Focus
Memory Vault · Hippocampus
Memory Test
12 words. 10 seconds to study. Then they disappear. Type what you remember. The science says you can hold about 7 things at once. Your kid discovers their own limit — then we teach them the tricks to stretch it.
3 min Memory Attention
Decision Desert · Prefrontal Cortex
The Stroop Effect
The word says RED. The color is blue. Tap the color. You have 30 seconds. Your kid's brain will fight itself — reading almost always wins. This is the exact test that trains self-control.
1 min Self-control Attention

One brain. Five regions. Fully mapped by age 12.

Each world takes 3–4 weeks at 2 labs per week. Your child's brain map glows brighter with every lab. Complete all 36, and they've done something their school curriculum never will.

Good questions. Honest answers.

Is this screen time, or is it actually different?+
Technically it's screen time. Functionally it's the opposite of what most apps are. No infinite scroll. No notifications. No addictive loops. Sessions are 7 minutes by design — after that, the app actively encourages them to put it down. The goal is to teach their brain something they'll carry for life, not to capture their attention.
What age is this really for?+
Designed for 7–12. The content adapts to the child's age — a 7-year-old gets voice narration and simpler explanations. A 12-year-old gets the deeper neuroscience. Below 7, too abstract. Above 12, they'll want the experience but may not want the cartoon mascot. We're working on a teen version for later.
My child has ADHD / is on the autism spectrum. Is this for them?+
Yes — the Premium tier includes a neurodivergent-aware mode with adjustable sensory settings, extended session options, and labs specifically designed for emotional regulation and focus training. We're building this with input from occupational therapists in Dubai. Your child's OT or psychologist can email us for a professional view.
Does the camera data get uploaded anywhere?+
No. Camera, microphone, and motion-sensor data is processed entirely on your child's device and discarded the second the lab ends. Nothing is uploaded. Nothing is saved. Nothing is shared. This is a hard architectural choice, not a policy promise — the data literally never leaves the phone.
What about the AI? Is it safe for my kid to talk to?+
Neo (the AI guide) is constrained to brain science only. It's built on top of Anthropic's Claude with hard safety guardrails — no off-topic conversation, no personal information requests, no unsupervised chat. Parents can review conversation history any time. If your child asks something that falls outside brain science, Neo redirects back to the topic.
When does it launch?+
Soft launch Q2 2026, starting in Dubai, Singapore, and London. Wider rollout Q3. Waitlist members get first access and 30% off for life. The interactive demo with 9 working labs is live today — try it from the button above.
Who's building this?+
Built in Dubai by a small team of parents and AI builders. We use the latest AI tooling to move fast — which is how a small team can ship at this quality. We're funded by product revenue, not ads or data. We don't take venture capital that would force us to maximize screen time. That's the whole point.
